Authenticity Guarantee & Return Policy

At AtoZ Luxe Boutique, we proudly stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. Every luxury item is professionally authenticated before it is offered for sale.

If an item is determined to be inauthentic by an approved independent third-party authentication service, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping charges.

To request an authenticity return, you must:

• Notify us within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
• Provide a Certificate of Inauthenticity from a recognized third-party luxury authentication service approved by AtoZ Luxe Boutique (such as Real Authentication or Entrupy).
• Submit documentation that clearly matches the serial number, date code, or other identifying characteristics of the item purchased.
• Return the item in its original, unaltered condition with all original packaging and security tags attached and undamaged.
• Receive return authorization from AtoZ Luxe Boutique before shipping the item back.

Once the returned item and supporting documentation have been reviewed and verified, a full refund, including the original shipping charges, will be issued.

All sales are final except as covered under this Authenticity Guarantee. 

Order Cancellations:

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations are accepted only within one (1) hour of purchase and must be requested through the sales platform or by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
